    Transfer Credit Evaluation Request

    If you have received a notification that your previous official college transcript has been evaluated by SUNY New Paltz, and you believe that additional credits should be granted or granted as something different, please complete this form in its entirety.

    If you are requesting an appeal of more than 1 course, you must complete this form for each course. To avoid delays, please upload a course syllabi for each course.
    *Please note: We cannot accept course descriptions; it must be an official course syllabi.

    Please allow 10 to 15 business days to receive a response.
