    Group Tour Request Form

Thank you for your interest in a Group Visit to SUNY New Paltz. As a reminder, submitting this form does not guarantee a tour date. Please allow up to 14 business days for our Group Tour Coordinator to respond to your inquiry.
    Group Tour Request Form
The Office of Undergraduate Admission hosts group visits on Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate schools or community groups on any other day or at any other time. Our group visits are designed for juniors and seniors in high school who may not have the ability to visit the campus on their own.  Additionally, the students should be interested in the Education Opportunity Program or the Scholar’s Mentorship Program.  Students who fall into these categories seem to benefit the most from our group tours visits, as there are presentations provided by both of these offices.

Please fill out this inquiry form if you are interested in bringing a group of students (Max 50) to SUNY New Paltz. Tour dates are first-come, first-serve. Filling out this form does not guarantee a tour date. After filling this form out, please give us at least 14 days to respond to your inquiry.

    Chaperone Policy
Per State policy, one chaperone is required for every 10 students in attendance.  SUNY New Paltz also requires one additional chaperone. If chaperones are not present at the time of the visit, we will be unable to send your group out on tour. Chaperones are expected to provide structure and discipline when needed, so the presenters may get the students the information about the campus that is pertinent to their visit. It is not the responsibility of the Student Ambassador to discipline visiting students. If behavior becomes an issue when on tour, groups will be escorted back to the bus before the conclusion of their visit.
